Green Stock Media was created to visually promote the broad spectrum of environmental and sustainability issues, one image at a time. With demand growing for environmental information on a global scale, publishers need fast access to high quality images documenting environmental problems, sustainable solutions, and the beauty and importance of nature. We are here to fill that need.

We began by providing rights-managed high-resolution stock photos in 2006 at http://www.greenstockmedia.com. In 2010 we launched this website to provide our initial offering of stock footage content.

The three overlapping circles in the Green Stock Media logo symbolize the importance and interconnectedness of ecology, equity, and economy (the three E's), the overarching areas that need our attention in order to progress towards a more sustainable existence. The logo is also a reference to the concept of reduce, reuse, and recycle (the three R's).

In the spirit of sustainability, Green Stock Media is proud to be a Certified Bay Area Green Business.
